CSSA Summer Training Program 2018
Summer training for the sport you love is here!
For our T2T and older skaters (ages 11 and up), our program will start on Monday, May 14th and will run until Friday, August 31st. For our L2T skaters (ages 11 and under) our program will start on July 2nd and will run until August 31st.
The CSSA Summer Training Program provides our skaters with the opportunity to participate in an summer season physical literacy/sport specific training program. The programs run between 2 and 5 days a week (depending on the age of the skater and the month of training) to ensure maximum results for the time being invested. The program is designed for FUNdamentals through Training to Train levels of athletes as outlined in Speed Skating Canada’s Long Term Participant and Athlete Development Model. The number of days per week that you will train will depend on your age, the specific program you are registered in and the specific month of the Program that you are registered in.
Registration process: Complete the online waiver/medical form, and complete the online RAMP registration. If you also require skate rentals, please complete the skate rental form, after you have paid for your skate rental.
